《英美侵权法(双语)》教学:以医疗侵权法为中心的展开

Abstract: The teaching of Torts can be implemented by lecturing basic tort theory as a basis and exploring medical negligence law as a focus. In selecting medical negligence cases, there is a need to find relevant, leading and controversial ones, consider their value, implication and contribution to tort theories, and locate them well in right chapters and right places, in order to serve the overall teaching objectives of the course. In the course of teaching, there is a need to locate topics in every chapter, find relevant core cases, and focus on issues and arguments. In the whole process, there should always be a comparative perspective. Comparison can be done not only between different key concepts, different cases and different jurisdictions, but also between general tort law and medical negligence law, and between common law and Chinese law.
