Building the Clinical Teaching Mode in Legal Education Improving the Students’ Professional Capabilities and Qualities

AbstractAiming to solve the imbalance between theoretical knowledge and practical skills training, and the singleness of teaching mode, Northwest University of Political Science and Law advocates the clinical teaching methods in legal education and integrates legal education into legal services with the consideration of professional needs. In this way, an effective mechanism of the cooperation between the university and the society has been built to serve the improvement of the students’ professional capabilities and qualities.
