Abstract: After the rapid development in the past 30 years, law schools have promoted the prosperity of legal education and the process of the rule of law in our nation. But, at the mean time, many crisis and worries also have emerged: the rapid increase of law schools which inevitably leads to the decrease of the quality of the training, the expanding amount of law students which has caused employment difficulties. Barriers in the existing institution also prevent law graduates from entering the legal professions. Law graduates’ road to legal profession should be respected, protected and rationally guided. Based on the status quo of the development of law schools, the sustainable development of legal education and the legal professionalization of law graduates, we need to open the existing legal professions and guide law graduates to reasonably position their legal profession. On the other hand, we should lower the access qualifications of legal professions, relax the restrictions on the establishment of law firms and guide law graduates to service in rural areas. By these, the internal competition and optimization of the legal profession can be promoted and the configuration of legal talent resource optimized.
