Thesis Dissertation for Part-time Juris Master: Writing and Guidance

Abstract：A first-class academic dissertation starts with a well-written thesis proposal which requires a novel thesis, a concise subject, a full analysis of research status, a logical outline for the paper, and an informative collection of preliminary data, and so on. In order to present the academic value of thesis dissertation, it is important to advocate the research paradigm shifting from legislation theory to interpretative theory. As for the guidance of dissertation writing, tutors should help students all the way through the process of thesis writing, including thesis selection, revision of paper outline, supervision on students’ writing progress, modification of thesis dissertation, reaffirming matters concerning thesis defense, and so on.
