The Defects and Improvement of the Judicial Protection of Minors in China

Abstract: The laws for the protection of minors in our country are ambiguous, ineffective and weak with unreasonable trial rules. They should be improved, with reference to the experience of other countries, by setting up special institutions for judicial protection of minors, legal aid by lawyers, juvenile court and the suspension of sentence judgment.
