Its interpretations and conclusions about law phenomenon contain basic positions, such as “ought to be” and “to be”, “rationalism” and “empiricism”, “individualism” and “collectivism”, “universality” and “endemicity”, etc., which forms the multidimensional system of the knowledge structure with balancing “Metaphysical”, “mid-position between metaphysics and physic” and “physical”, and covering four dimensions of “value”, “norm”, “fact” and the integration. The curriculum and textbooks of jurisprudence should be arranged according to the understandings about its subject orientation and the basic structure of knowledge system.
