Scientific Planning to Promote the Collaborative Innovation Ability so as to Comprehensively Improve the Quality of Legal Education

    Abstract: In order to improve the collaborative innovation so as to enhance the overall quality of legal education, China University of Political Science and Law gives full play to the advantage of discipline resources by an overall planning and design for collaborative innovation and has actively constructed three Collaborative Innovation Center; innovative operative mechanism in education and teaching, scientific research, human resource management and international exchange has been established; strategic cooperation agreements have been signed with the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Law Society, Richard Ivey School of Business of the University of Western Ontario in Canada, which have promoted the collaborative innovation substantively; multi-dimensional exploration have been made in students training mode, courses, practice teaching, autonomous learning mode and postgraduate education.
