Situation-Inquiry Styled Teaching Method in the Practice Teaching of Civil Law

    Abstract: Traditional civil law teaching model has not been adapted to the needs of practice-styled legal personnel training in the new situation. It needs to look for a new teaching method in the process of reform and innovation. Introducing situations-inquiry styled teaching method to the civil law teaching is to achieve the interaction between the teaching and learning in the civil law class, to change the previous classroom rigid method of teaching only by teachers and accepting only by students. Guided by the new teaching method, students are exposed to situational cases, which let them think about rules of law and apply them to the real cases. So that their legal thinking has been consciously developed and their practical skills have been shaped. The interaction between teaching and learning in the classroom has been realized.
