Oxford Jurisprudence Discussion Group and Oxford Legal Philosophy: 15th Anniversary of the JDG

    AbstractThe JDG is a world-renowned open academic exchange platform which is held to discuss original work on legal theory and legal philosophy. The JDG was created in 1997 by Timothy Endicott. The JDG has held more than 300 high-level academic deliberate activities and invited hundreds of the world's top law scholars and other academics to attend the seminar, also cultivated a batch of outstanding research talents from the year 1997. The JDG has innovations in aspects of operation mechanism, organization form, theme, propaganda and so on. The development of the JDG and Oxford legal philosophy have been mutual beneficial. Oxford Legal Philosophy Research Center is a powerful backing of JDG. First-Class professors and first-rate students together help JDG achieve its glory. At the same time, JDG is also an important platform for cultivating jurisprudence academic talents, promoting academic achievements and strengthening the communication between the peers.
