Backing to the Law Stand—Thought about Instruction Puzzlement of Chinese Legal History

     Abstract: Curriculum of Chinese legal history plays an important role in cultivating legal knowledge of law students, but because the logic, ideology, and content orientation of arrangement of teaching materials, the course lacks direct practical value, is also not conducive to students’ studying, and this situation affects the students' awareness of its importance. If we reshape the course content in law stand, learn from a sufficient number of valuable cases in Chinese legal history literature, and strengthen the case teaching, it will be conducive to train legal thinking of the students, and help them to understand the practicability of legal theory, thus promote their enthusiasm for learning.
