“The Pricatical Orientation” of International Law Instruction

     Abstract: The international law instruction of our country are faced with “practical absence”, thus the “practical orientation” of teaching process should be strengthened. During lesson preparation, teachers should have a good grasp of the foreign case judgment process as well as the teaching methods in order to meet the demands of bulk message index and presentation. To the face-to-face instruction link, teachers should pick those common and multiple controversies, and organize class through seminars. To the examination, transform from checking through one exam to multi-aspect examination, strength the capacity. “Practical Orientation” instruction is benefit to achieve the sinicization of international private law, providing a new way to foster foreign related law talents.
