Imagination,ordinary life Thinking Style and Law Instruction

     Abstract: Instruction methods and thought influence the undergraduate instruction quality directly, so is the instruction of law. Although there are innovations of case method and multi-media method, new methods and thought still need to be developed. Imagination, with its miracle effect in transforming the abstract legal concept to concrete themes, deserves further exploration and spread. The method of life thinking style in instruction, owing its close relation with legal knowledge and science of law ,is also necessary and feasible and deserving spread.
