On the Perfection of Educational Administrative Permission

    Abstract: Education administrative licensing is a key method in education administration. But the application of this method in our country is too wide so that it seriously restricts the autonomy of university, causing the similarities of all schools, which has become an important content in education administrative system reform. So we should reposition the permission and improve the institutionalization level of education administrative permission from the extent, term, procedure and etc in accordance with the spirit of administrative approval law.
