Introducation of Legal Education and Judicial Examination Reform in Taiwan

     Abstract: This paper explains development of law in the past hundred years and the developing situation and problems of legal education at present in Taiwan，as well as the relationship between legal education and Judiciary and bar examination. The reform of legal education, Judiciary and bar examination in Taiwan is also presented.
