Practical Skill Training of JD Educaion in America

     Abstract: Domestic JM roots in JD education in America. A study, based on the systems established by ABA Legal Education Committee and the practice of various law schools, of practical skill training of JD education in America, will contribute to expand trains of thought in practical teaching and skill training, pay regard to achievements and deficiencies in practical teaching of Domestic JM education, and eventually make improvements to JM education of China.
