Trouble and Solution of Legal Education at the Research University in Mainland China—Use Peking University Law School as an Example

    Abstract: The authors refer to Peking University law education as “low-discrimination comprehensive training strategy”, and think that this strategy is not conducive to goal setting and self-positioning of training object; may encounter unavoidable “resources bottle-neck”; and is difficult to provide training object with targeted and personalized classroom education and extra support after class. The authors also refute reform orientation of “later stage of undergraduate + occupational”, and put forward new ideas of developing targeted training mechanism for legal education at Research University in mainland China, The authors also discuss some of the problems of legal education in postgraduate in China.
